Is The Moms Co. Baby shampoo effective in removing flakes and cradle caps?

I don't think that particular product can do it because usually it will require medical treatment and you need to consult a dermatologist so that they can find out if it is due to some other skin disorder and give appropriate treatment

you may use it.
but for cradle cap , I would suggest you to use your doctor's prescribed shampoo for this.
apply coconut oil daily on your child hair.
it will also help to stimulate hair follices
