is only solids enough for 7 months baby???

A. Till 1 year, it is important that milk remains the main food for babies. Only semi solid foods at 7 months will not be enough at all. There should be atleast 800-900 ml of milk intake in this age. Calcium present in milk is essential for healthy growth and development of bones and still to emerge teeth.
