is it valid to mother to take vitamin C chewable tabelets while feeding means baby is of 2 mnths now

A. Hi, if your gynaecologist has suggested you to take vitamin C tablets then you can take else please avoid taking any tablets. Vitamin tablets will be suggested until one year after delivery. Which is very very important as you’ll be breastfeeding. With this take a healthy fibre and calcium rich food and take adequate liquid and keep yourself hydrated. Take adequate rest. Be home be safe.
