Is it true that if baby wrist is close he is hungry and if open he is full of tummy??

No it is not like that.
It is the way of exploring things and body parts.
When baby is hungry will cry for feed.
Feed after every 2-3 hours interval or when demanded by the baby.
Exclusive breastfeed ur baby till six months
