Is it safe to use nutmeg for a 2 month baby, it can induce sleep for 2month baby

it is not advisable to give medicine to make the child sleep.
the medicines act at the level of brain and obviously this medicines have got side effects.
better to go for natural sleep engagement in the child compared to medicines.
please see for any disturbaznce like abdominal colic or environmental disturbance which is affecting the sleep of the child

You should practically should not be using any of these things they are not considered healthy before the age of six months do maybe I’ll agree that this year one of the best home remedy that probably I will also agreed for doctors do not advise you to go for this
