Anindita BhattacharyaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. You should use natural turmeric, rather powdered one also start with milk post 1 yr any packaged or animals milk ofcourse you can offer mother's milk with little turmeric (kacchhi haldi)

It’s The best you should give this milk twice a day to the child on the minimum side not more than that because it’s very healthy it’s build a good to build up a good immunity system and all these things so you can most certainly go ahead with it twice a day
