Is it safe to feed formula milk left by babies after 1 or 2 hrs?

A. No You just have to discarded after one feet see once when you make a formula feed you have to consume it within one hours time after that it just becomes a Waze and never ever try to feed the remaining milk to the child after two hours or so you just have to discard it
