Is it okay to use Phone, WiFi next to my 2 month old baby?

A. Hello good evening !! Frankly using mobile and other electronic gadgets near Babies mostly below 1 year kids is not good and not suggested. As the radiation might effect Babies neuro system. So better use mobile, laptop or other gadgets by maintaining distance with new born babies. As baby is stepping into 3 rd month Baby develops social smile, reacting, responding to our communication play and talk to your baby.

Q. My 2 yr is addicted to phone. How do I control it. I switch of data and wifi on the phone and she sees the downloads. When the data is on she is continuously on YouTube. I always feared this and never gave the phone. Before 4 months my husband started giving her the phone to deviate her but that has caused a damage and he is thinking about it now. Earlier when I used to tell not to give the phone, he just used to say for a while nothing will happen but she is addicted is what I feel. If I remove the phone, she shouts loudly and cries if I don't give it. please advice
