is it okay to give formula feed to a 36 week born baby?

start formula or other liquids after completion of Six month.
start vitamin d and multivitamin supplements regularly

if necessary you can give it to your child
otherwise I suggest you please give plenty of breast feeding to your child when you're child is demanding
please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
