is it okay to give cow milk to my 2 year 4 month old ? what should i add in her milk any powder or something like dates ?

A. yes can give cow milk. The best health drink for a todller would be homemade health mix powder drinks like dry fruit and nuts powder in milk. take care

A. No not at all you don’t have to eat add anything if Irundhu Er completely a good age to Yadu introduce any kind of me because that and practical introduce any time after the year one year year so u can go ahead with which ever milk u want to one
