Q.
is it ok to prepare formula milk in direct Bisleri water without heating?I am giving it directly prepared since birth but now my babies is not gaining weight so I am concerned?

See there is a proper method of making mail for the child and it is suggested that you heat or you boiled the milk that you are giving to the child if it is a Bilari or purified water so that is how you are meant to give it and if your child is not gaining weight that has got no connection with giving milk and boiled water regular purified water
