Is it ok to feed baby food early at 5 months

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, 5 months is not the right age to introduce top food to your baby. You should exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete. Breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months.
