SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl3 years agoA. Hi, there are other alternative things you can give instead of milk. Butter milk, butter, ghee, milk shakes, drumsticks. You can give calcium rich foods like eggs also. Make a timetable so that you can cover different type of pulses, fruits, with you so that you can cover all type of proteins.
