is it normal to have pale yellow watery discharge at 10 weeks

No it is not normal to get yellowish discharge and you have to get it evaluated to rule out a vaginal infection and take treatment to cure it

As u are 10 weeks pregnant, little watery discharge can be there..
If foul smell is coming then this is due to the urinary tract infection. For this u need to consult with your doctor for the same as she will prescribe medicine after the proper evaluation
