is it normal that my 4 months baby doesn't poop for two or three days.Or should I give medicines

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Constipation in Babies less than 1 year is very common and more in formula fed babies and also when initially the semi solid food has been started after 6 monthjs .
you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in properj dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age . Medications are required but it should be given only in medical supervision .

No requirement for medicine in this is a child can go without pooping for 7 to 10 days also that’s considered very normal because constipation is completely normal during this age group so need not worry about it if the child is feeding properly and also the urine output is good
