Q.

is it normal stool color? yellow plus green or grey I don't know. or should I check with pediatrician? she is 3 months old today

A. Ishu child is on mixed feeding then this is completely normal no worries because when the child is on any kind of a top feed you can often see the colour of the motion to change like this and I don’t see there is a problem with that
