A. yes you have to sterilize.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too dailyBest will be to consult a doctor there as well who can practically see the patient and help to get a diagnosis

A. hi no need of it. but as breastfeeding is best for a child, please prefer to offer direct feeding as it provides comfort and security too.
