Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. hi better to do this. as it will help to prevent Infection . so , please clean your child tongue with clean Cotton clothe or baby friendly tongue cleaner like Babyhug tongue cleaner after each feeding.
