Is it necessary to add formula feed to my 3 month old diet even if his weight is fine for his age ?

Not at all you should just go ahead with giving proper breast feeding to the child if you have sufficient amount of weight formula feeding is only giving to the child and mothers are normally going to join a job or they do not have sufficient breastfeed and
