is it dangerous if my baby ate food which was licked by the dog. any injection needed? please suggest

A. Yes it is a or risk because obviously the dogs saliva can create various infections in the body so I’m going to advise you to get it checked with your doctor immediately and if they advise you any vaccination kindly get it done as soon as they suggest you
