Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Take such mixes after consulting your doctor. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet. The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Consult a lactation expert for advice. Good luck and take care.
