Is it advisable to include one egg everyday in the diet of a 3 year old?

NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy3 years agoA. hello egg. eing rich in protein and calcium yes you can give one egg daily for the child which is not a problem provided your baby is comfortable taking it daily else you may give it alternate days also which is not a problem and include healthy and nutritious food in the diet
