you can give one of them as advised by your paediatrician..
make sure you are giving only breastfeed to the child and feed in upright position and burp in-between and after feeding sessions

Both are used to treat ache caused by colic issue
Both are effective..botha has same content.
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered.
Don't use RO water
Hing roll can be applied over the tummy area
