is chhaya contraceptive s effective. if I take when I have to get intercourse. how to take tat. weekly twice means.

Please use this contraceptive as suggested on pack dear. This will be more benefits. Better to use Condom as these contraceptives are hormonal.
Safe days to intercourse are one week just before and after your periods.
