surgical help is required
this will require examination and check up as well as history evaluation with the gynecologist.

Swelling is never good actually so I would you say currently you can keep an ice cube or a cold pack on to that area where the swelling has happened hopefully should settle down over the period but it’s important for you to just take an advice with your doctor as well
