Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. please give zincovit syrup 5 ml 2 times a day vgfor further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it is mostly due to loose appetite and please give baby ajwain ark and pomegranate juice for better appetite and also give baby finger food and variety of food.
