Is baby hug indigestion roll on can helps my 2 42 days old baby boy to go on for a loose motion . He is drinking only lactogen milk only

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motiodns are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infectionf which needs antibiotics treatment
