is 98.7 f temperature a fever for 4 months baby ?? his head is hotter than normal.kindly guide.

A. Yes I can understand because it almost close to the temperature where we say that okay this is fever so it’s 99°F when we say it is fever so probably with your child or the current temperature is very close to the temperature of fever which is why the body could be more warmer but as of now you should not give the medicine
