iron drops is causing stomach ache in my 4month old baby....he use to cry a lot after iron supplements

A. Iron drops can lead to constipation they never lead to stomach pain if the stomach pain is generally very common in this age with kids so you can give a medicine for stomach pain and after that your child is going to be relaxed if you want you can use five drops of Bonnisan
