in which time can i yoghurt to my baby

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hai good evening !! You can give curd,yogurt in day time morning to afternoon 3- 5 pm.
As it is summer you can offer in 2 meals also but avoid night time as it might cause cold in few of them.
Rich in fibre,calcium,probiotic maintain gut health.
Adding little amount of water after whisking curd as butter milk is also suggested which helps in controlling body heat ,keeps hydrated.

Best to give it during the daytime otherwise you can actually give it any time day or night if it is on room temperature then it would not be a problem court and yoghurt both the things should only be given only on room temperature to the charger you can give it as per your convenience
