Q.

in night times some noise coming from my nose in that time I can't sleep that sound irritating me in day time it becomes normal what I can do how to reduce noise

A. this is due to cold in your case a medical examination is required for proper diagnosis and treatment. difficult to tell without examination whether it is normal or not. advisable to remain in contact with your doctor for proper guidance and treatment
