In my room there is no dim light while sleeping so i put phone touch on while baby sleeping is it safe?

ExpertDr Priyashree Mukherjee ChakrabortyPaediatrician2 months agoA. There is no issue with this. Usually, you are sleeping the eyelids are good enough to screen any lights that can irritate the eye. Also if it’s ok you can put a zero lamp in your room which will not irritate at all

There is no need to use any light even if you’re using torchlight there is no point using it you should make your child learn to sleep without any light and that’s actually going to be benefiting for you in the longer run also but if you want to use torchlight there is no problem till the time is away from your child
