Hello ma’am It is mostly due to some kind of an allergy or infection which is why it is repeating over and over and spreading in the body so best for you Would be to consult your paediatrician for a proper check up in the course of medication relating to the same because till the time you’re not sure about what it is no medication can be prescribed as such
