Q.

in kashmir there is minus temperature now and my 4 month old baby have blocked nose and cough ??

A. My baby was having same issue until she got 6 month old. I tried saline drops as well as I used steamer and used vitamin C. when she sleeps I use warm oil in her feet. If your baby haven't sensitive skin you can rub vicks for babies on feet and back of baby which you can get from #firstcry

A. temperature helps body adjust. cold and cough is viral mostly due to the season change . Start giving steam inhalation indirect just sit with baby and steam on in surrounding . Cough if too much only then start syp for it after examination . no foods can cause cold because it s an infection .
