in baby's head scalp thing flaky flaky like dandruff is seen. i tried to remove by comb. its like sticked on roits of hair. what's the solution for this

Well that is called cradle And because of that only the hair Are like this only so currently I was just like to say regular oiling and shampoo is going to help and also you should brush the hair of the child with super soft infant hairbrush and later after the age of 6 to 7 months once you get the head of the child shaved off this is going to be sorted on a permanent level
