Q.

Im a working women and my baby is 5 months old but i have to join office and i breastfeed her but its been 1 month we have tried spoon feeding or bottle feeding my excess milk but refusing to drink through feeding bottle what to do ?

A. Namaste Mom, You can try with sipper cup as such , as that could probably be of help, and avoid the one with straw. Other is now even weaning foods and initially start with liquid consistency foods so dal, rice water, vegetable soup, fresh fruit juices,
