if umbilical cord is around the neck,is it dangerous for baby???

No there’s no problem in that case it’s a normal scenario in fact normal delivery is also very much possible in that case in fact sometimes kids have two chords around the neck and still a mother can pull off a very normal delivery so there’s nothing wrong in it
