If my kid not attempting to talk at 22 months age, can I still wait some more time or I need to consult a specialist?

A. hi aprent ur kid nearly 2 yr old, if child is not showing eye contact or not demonstrate signs or gestures or having imparired hearing ability, kindly consult your pediatrician for property examination of developmental milestones
