if doctor suggest antibiotic syrup in one tym fever after that two month again can i use same antibiotic for fever

you cannot give antibiotics without medical consultation.
also if it's viral infection or an allergy then there is no role of antibiotics.
all infection and illness doe snot require antibiotics.
also dosage is given as per infection and type of disease. meet your dr for proper advice.

It is advisable to get the baby evaluated by a doctor and follow doctors advise properly.
