A. There are many reasons infants may be finicky about food. They may be teething, tired, not yet ready for solids, or just don't need as much food as you're feeding them. Familiar foods provide your baby comfort in stressful, busy times. Although picky eating may linger awhile, it will settle over time Offer new foods with foods your child already likes. Offer new foods often and serve them with at least 1 food that your child likes. If your child doesn't want to eat, or eats very little at a meal, offer a healthy snack 1 to 2 hours later. Bananas. This fruit is rich in potassium, Vitamin C, Vitamin B6 and carbohydrates. Sweet Potatoes. Sweet potatoes are easy to boil and mash. Pulses. Ragi. Ghee. DAIRY products Eggs. Meat purees Cereals/ Chapattis /Boiled Vegetables. ... Fruits. Paneer & Cheese. Dried Fruits and Nuts.

A. Hi mom Kids are fussy in eating food. If baby is rejecting one food offer the other variety of food. Giving same food daily looses baby's interest in eating. Try to give food in colourful and attractive plates and in small portions. Give curd with mint, jeera water as natural appetiser to increase the appetite of ur baby.
