If baby have fiver by vaccine and we give paracetimol syruf 5 drop in between 5 hrs gap of two dose but still fiver has not low,witch is 100.2 degree than, can we give 3rd dose of 5 drop of paracetimol syruf after 5 hrs ,is this ok for that 2.5 month old baby ? or have other ways to control the fiver.
