if babies are achieving his development milestone then there is no issues related to brain and skull??

As long as your baby is active and healthy, accepting feeds, gradually gaining weight, reaching milestones then nothing to worry. Maintain a good personal hygiene for your baby. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand for the first 6 months. Good luck and take care.
