SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, for cold and cough take steam once in a day. Add a pinch of turmeric and pepper powder to lukewarm milk and take it twice a day. Always take lukewarm water to drink. Have a healthy food. Avoid curd and ghee. Medicines should be taken with the suggestion of your gynaecologist as you’re a breastfeeding mom.Write Your Answer Here
