Iam mother of twin boys.they are 6months old but twin 2 has vomittings for daily maximum 8 to 10 times every feed.please tell the solution of this?

A. every feed throwing out.. this is common in babies and because of the reflux action. always burp after feed don't immediately put the baby on bed after feed maintain gap between feeds give small feeds
