iam mother of ruisang tamang she have constipation problem

A. Try to habituate the baby to take more water, some time the children will show much interest to play and forgetting to take the required water in time. Also give them high fiber fruits which will reduce the constipation problem. Give hot water in between foods, which will give proper digestion.
