iam giving my baby Iron drops. Is that the reason his urine colour changes to pink/orange? even his poop colour changes to green

Sunita MahatoMom of 3 children1 Year agoA. green stool may be first sign of teething...strt with calc phosphorica a homopathic medicine fr teething it helps easing teething effects... use Babyhug teethers... yes color change may of taking any medicine
