Q.

Iam a mother of 4 months boy. im planing to go for a job for 2hrs. should I give formula milk. which one you prefer formula milk or buffaloo milk? how much milk i have to give for 1 time. gap between the feeding times. if you prefer formula milk what is the quantity of water and powder. please suggest me. . thank you

A. dear Mum, there is no need to give formula even if you are going out for job. you can breastfeed your baby before going to work and after coming back from work. while at work, baby can be fed with expressed breast milk using katori and spoon. breast milk stays good at room temperature for 4 to 6 hours and in the chiller section of refrigerator for 24 hours.
