Iam a mother of 4 months 15 days old boy baby, when should I start giving him food. it was confusing for me and also please advise wat should I give first.

A. Dear mum, you should start giving top food to your baby only after completion of 6 months. Until then you should exclusively breastfeed. Breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months.
