iam 5weeks pregnant..plz suggest some foods

A. Hello mam C you need to keep yourself well hydrated with liquids as well such as buttermilk , coconut water , etc and have healthy and home cooked foods. So seasonal and locally available fruits and vegetables, dals , rice , roti , dry fruit , milk , ghee , Paneer etc , eggs
