Iam 5months old baby mother iam giving breastfeeding but my nipples are cracked it gives so much when Ian feeding how reduce this problem what can I do for that pls suggest me.

A. hi I advise to apply freshly expressed breastmilk or nipcare cream on this. wear loose fitting Cotton clothes. keep that area clean. to avoid or prevent pain ,you can use any good brand nipple shield like Babyhug brand nipple shield for feeding.
